SHIPPING SERVICE
We ship all almost international packages via FedEx International Priority, standard courier delivery. Orders placed for each item have different production lead times. Please calculate the production time based on our working business day.
Please note that you may incur additional customs taxes/local duties. Please check with your local customs office for information.
(For example, for order Garnet 9K ring (R0014) we have 3-4 weeks production in working business days, and FedEx international or DHL, UPS will ship 3-5 business days, including lead time approx. 15-30 days) (Depending on the style, order size, and payment received)
Sunday and Holiday delivery are not available.
Standard courier delivery and third-party insurance may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date.
On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with, or lost during shipment, you must report this to ANTIKA within 3 days of receiving your tracking number.

INSURED AND DISCREET PACKAGING
In order for insurance to be valid, we “double box” our shipment, and our insured shipping box won’t give away what’s inside and your package will be sealed with clear tape over the top of the box and around the flap closures.

Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to postal box addresses. All merchandise returned to us because of non-deliverability will be credited back to you minus transaction costs-credit card or bank fees and the cost of shipping and handling.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR SHIPMENTS & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
All shipments are insured for the full value of the package and require a signature upon delivery. Please make arrangements for someone to be at the shipping destination.

ANTIKA is committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

Delivery Timeframe: 1-2 weeks (Depend on the style, order size, and payment received)
Made to orders items: We will provide you with an expected delivery time upon completion of your order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform ANTIKA if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTY
International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for information. Otherwise, get in touch with us and we are happy to look into it for you.
Further partial restrictions on the importation of items such as ours exist in specific countries. Please contact us to make sure your country does not fit into this bracket.
